Terms and Conditions: The Cliff Dive Giveaway Competition

1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is The Cliff Dive, located at Basement, 16/18 Oxford St, Darlinghurst NSW 2010.

2. Competition Dates
The giveaway competition will run from 18th December 2024 to 22nd December 2024.

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

• Employees of The Cliff Dive, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
To participate in the giveaway, entrants must complete the following steps:

1. Follow The Cliff Dive Instagram account (@thecliffdive).

2. Submit their contact details via the form above.

3. Comment "ENTERED" on the giveaway post.

4. Share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story (must be publicly viewable).
   

5. Prize Details
One prize will be drawn daily at 9:00 PM (AEDT) between 18th - 22nd December 2024. Prizes include:

• Cliffy Merch Pack (1 winner)

• $100 Bar Tab (1 winner)

• Pineapple Keyring (free entry for life) (1 winner)

• Sneaker Giveaway (1 winner)

• V.I.P Bottle Service Package for NYE (1 winner).

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected daily at random from all valid entries submitted by 8:59 PM (AEDT).

• Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message or the email address provided on the submission form within 24 hours of the draw.

• If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, The Cliff Dive reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Prize Collection
Prizes must be collected in person at The Cliff Dive, or the MUCHO Hospitality Group head office, located at Shop 2, 141-145 Enmore Rd, ENMORE NSW 2042. Proof of identification will be required to claim prizes.

8. General Conditions

• The Cliff Dive reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

• The Cliff Dive is not responsible for any technical failures or incomplete entries due to issues beyond its control.

• By entering the giveaway, participants agree to The Cliff Dive's use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this competition will be used solely for contacting winners and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Liability
The Cliff Dive is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage suffered as a result of accepting a prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes to Terms
